It is with great pride and a profound sense of purpose that we launch the inaugural issue of the QualiSearch Journal of Educational Research and Practice (QJERP). As the official research publication of the QualiSearch Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Development, this first volume represents more than a collection of scholarly work—it is a testament to our shared commitment to academic rigor, ethical inquiry, and transformative research.

The articles featured in this issue span a dynamic range of topics that mirror the evolving landscape of education in the 21st century. From artificial intelligence integration and inclusive curriculum design to cross-cultural identity, parental involvement, educational equity, and sustainable institutional reforms, each contribution sheds light on timely challenges while offering grounded, practice-based insights.
